Donut King is a popular Australian-based franchise specialising in donuts and coffee. Founded in 1981, it has grown to over 300 stores worldwide, offering a wide variety of donut flavours and styles.

Known for its fresh and delicious treats, Donut King continues to be a beloved destination for donut lovers.

The Challenge

Donut King was launching a gamified loyalty experience called Donut Rush, requiring all customer communications to be triggered from Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Additionally, new loyalty subscribers were to be seamlessly integrated into the loyalty program, including deduplication and welcome journey processes.

ExactPath worked with Millipede to integrate thousands of players’ interaction data into Salesforce Marketing Cloud, distributing rewards and engagement communications on both Email and SMS channels.
